Is The For The Fun Or The Free Ride..!

You might have probably seen this picture before somewhere on the Internet, and your instant reaction would be "that's a fake". I would have said the same thing too, till i took a trip to Bangalore/India. However I have not posted it here to debate on the authenticity of the picture. I just want to know if these two rants did this for the thrill of it or the ride?
